1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to consumer purchases of Raindrops Toothpaste sold by Dane Dental Care Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you enter into a contract with us subject to these Terms and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace rights that a consumer has under applicable law.

2. Product Information

Raindrops Toothpaste is a toothpaste product. The product description, net quantity, ingredient list, directions, warnings, age or use restrictions (where applicable), and other required information should be provided on the product packaging and/or product sales page.

Customers should read the packaging before use and follow all stated directions and precautions. Product images used online are illustrative; reasonable variations in packaging appearance may occur without changing the product supplied.

We will not knowingly make claims about the product that cannot be substantiated. Any cosmetic claims must accurately reflect the characteristics and functions of the product.

3. Cosmetic Product Compliance

Before Raindrops Toothpaste is made available to consumers in Great Britain, the Responsible Person must ensure that applicable cosmetic-product requirements are met. This includes an appropriate safety assessment/Cosmetic Product Safety Report, an up-to-date Product Information File, compliant labelling, appropriate manufacturing controls and notification to the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS).

The final packaging must identify the legally appointed Responsible Person and the address required by law. A PO Box or mail-forwarding address should not be used as the Responsible Person address. Do not treat these Terms as a substitute for the product's regulatory documentation.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

Product availability is subject to stock. When an order is placed, the customer is making an offer to buy the product. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that we have accepted the order, unless the sales process clearly states another legally valid point of acceptance.

Customers are responsible for checking their order and delivery details before submitting payment. We may refuse or cancel an order where, for example, the product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

5. Prices and Payment

The price payable is the price displayed at the point of purchase, together with any delivery charge or other charge clearly disclosed before the order is placed. Prices should include applicable taxes where required.

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. The customer must actively agree to any optional additional charge; optional extras should not be added by default.

6. Delivery

Available delivery areas, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed before purchase or in the delivery policy. Unless another delivery period is agreed with the customer, goods should be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.

If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact hello@raindropstoothpaste.com. Legal responsibility for goods during delivery will be determined by applicable consumer law.

7. Cancellation and Change-of-Mind Returns

For qualifying distance sales, customers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to tell us that they wish to cancel, without giving a reason. After notifying us, they generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory cancellation right may cease once the seal has been broken after delivery. Where this exception lawfully applies to Raindrops Toothpaste, opened/unsealed toothpaste cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind.

This hygiene exception does not remove a customer's rights where goods are faulty, unsafe, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

To request a cancellation or return, contact hello@raindropstoothpaste.com before sending the product. We will provide appropriate return instructions. Unless the law or our stated returns policy requires us to pay the return cost, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind item.

Where a cancellation is valid, refunds will be processed within the time required by law. Where applicable, the refund includes the basic/standard outbound delivery cost; additional cost chosen for an enhanced delivery method need not be refunded beyond the standard delivery amount.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If Raindrops Toothpaste is faulty, damaged, not as described, unsafe or the wrong item has been supplied, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order details and an explanation of the problem. We may request reasonable evidence, such as photographs, batch information or proof of purchase.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. These Terms do not limit statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

9. Product Use and Safety

Use Raindrops Toothpaste only as directed on its final approved packaging. Customers should observe all warnings and precautions and supervise children where the product instructions require this.

If a customer experiences an unexpected reaction or has a product-safety concern, they should stop using the product and contact us. Serious safety incidents will be handled in accordance with applicable reporting obligations.

Nothing in these Terms should be read as medical or dental advice. A person with a dental or health concern should seek appropriate professional advice.

10. Complaints and Customer Service

We aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. Customers can contact:

11. Our Liability

We are responsible for losses that the law requires us to bear. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, except where the law provides otherwise. These Terms are intended for consumer transactions and do not attempt to exclude statutory remedies.

12. Privacy

Personal information used to process orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations should be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law and the company's published privacy notice.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our business, products or legal requirements. The version applying to an order will normally be the version made available to the customer when that order was placed. Updated Terms should show their effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the consumer contract. If the customer is a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, mandatory protections of the part of the UK in which the customer lives are not affected. Any dispute may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
